HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Rivermark Union Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Nashville. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 80 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scheduling. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
