HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Nova Summit Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Jacksonville, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 831 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on training materials. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
