HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Ironwood Bridge Arts Center Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for school partnerships, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school partnerships. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with school partnerships. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
