HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Wilder Insurance and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on catastrophe response. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
