HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Fernwood Quill Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Jacksonville, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on packing house output. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
