HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Silverline Vista Community Partners Group runs community programmes across Hartford, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on benefits enrolment. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
