HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Northwind Rowan Inspection Services is an inspection company in Miami with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scheduling. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
