HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Highbridge Beacon Markets Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for store inventory, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on store inventory. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with store inventory. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
