HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Highbridge Fox Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Buffalo, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
