HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Westbrook Juniper Civic Services supports public agencies in Dallas with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on procurement. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
