HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Redstone Orchard Transit Planning Partners is a transit-planning firm in Wichita working with agencies and riders, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service alerts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
