HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Bright Meadow Water Authority Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for treatment plant data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on treatment plant data. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
