HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Clearpath Field Markets Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on promotions. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with promotions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
