HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Harborlight Oak Banking Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on deposit accounts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
