HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Rivermark Nest Learning Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for learning materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 74 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on learning materials. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
