HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Summit Health is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for grower contracts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 59 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grower contracts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with grower contracts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
