HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Linden Inspection Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on equipment calibration. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
