HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Northwind Vista Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Denver. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account servicing. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
