HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Bluepeak Vale Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Charlotte region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on retention. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with retention. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
