HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Highbridge Health Group runs clinics and patient services around San Diego. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on insurance authorisations. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
