HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Nova Loom Early Learning Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing records. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
