HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Greenridge Sparrow Care Services provides in-home and community support in St. Louis. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on caregiver training. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
