HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Cedar Linden Legal Group provides legal services in Minneapolis across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on court deadlines. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
