HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Fernwood Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Nashville region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 814 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on packing house output. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
