HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Fernwood Rowan Freight is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for customer tracking, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tracking. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with customer tracking. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
