HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Meridian Hospitality Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food costs. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with food costs. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
