HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Greenridge Iron Markets Group is a Jacksonville retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on shrink and waste. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
