HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Bluepeak Wilder Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Denver region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on subcontractor invoices. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
