HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Highbridge Fox Medical designs and makes medical devices in El Paso, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 928 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lots. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
