HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Clearpath Vale Markets is a Charlotte retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on shrink and waste. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
