HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Ironwood Basin Telecom is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tickets. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
