HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Quill Health Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient education. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
