HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Westbrook Pike Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Wichita, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
