HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Bluepeak Keystone Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Wichita. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 772 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fleet maintenance. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
