HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Stonegate Lakeside Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Detroit, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage reports. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
