Cedar Corner Medical is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on training materials. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
