HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Cedar Orchard Energy Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for billing disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing disputes. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
