HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Northwind Sable Manufacturing Group makes precision components in Atlanta. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lines. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
