HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Lumen Cross Facilities Group is a facilities company in Milwaukee with crews on day and night shifts, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 834 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
