HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Bluepeak Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Houston region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on usage data. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
