HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Bright Field Markets is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 261 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pricing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with pricing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
