HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Foxglove Juniper Health provides primary and specialty care in Louisville, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on electronic records. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
