HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Fernwood Hollow Inspection Services is an inspection company in Milwaukee with field technicians and lab staff, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client sites. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
