HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Fernwood Lantern Community Partners Group runs community programmes across Providence. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on donor records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
