HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Ironwood Union Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Toledo serving households and small businesses, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan files. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
