HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Silverline Quill Facilities Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
