HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Bridge Arts Center and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school partnerships. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
