HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Silverline Cobalt Medical Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on complaint handling. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
