HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Clearpath Bright Community Partners runs community programmes across Little Rock. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client intake. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
