HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Nova Rook Housing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for rent assistance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 780 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent assistance. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with rent assistance. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
